Paving happens where people live, work and park. Here's what to expect once you reach out.
Step 1: Request an estimate
Fill out the estimate form or give us a call. Tell us about the property, the location and the work you have in mind.
Step 2: Meet our estimators
Our team of estimators reviews the project and puts together a quote for your paving, sealing or concrete work.
Step 3: Coordinate with the community
We communicate what is happening, and when, to tenants, residents and visitors — and schedule around trash pickup and street sweeping.
Step 4: Build it safely
Traffic control and public safety measures are implemented on each and every project, with our own crews — including an in-house concrete crew — doing the work.
Step 5: Leave it pristine
We maintain a clean jobsite during and after construction, so your property is ready to use the moment we're done.

A paving company built on people
City Service Paving started in the 1970s, when Jon Beach — a recent Cal State Fullerton graduate — teamed up with a friend to start an asphalt paving company. Today many of our employees have been with us for 10 or even 20 years, and a second generation is joining the crew.
